Please read these guidelines before you submit. Posts that don’t follow them won’t be approved.
A quick but important note on images
You must own the copyright to every image you submit. That means your own artwork, your own photos, and your own mockups. If you didn’t make it, or you don’t hold the rights to it, please leave it out. This protects you, your work, and the community.
Designer Features
A designer feature is your chance to show the community what you’re making and tell the story behind it. You can see previous examples here.
Not sure where to start? Here’s what we’d love to hear about:
- Your background. How did you get into textile or surface pattern design?
- Your work. What kinds of patterns do you create, and why do they matter to you?
- Your process. Which techniques and tools do you use?
- Your revenue streams. How are you getting your work out into the world?
- Your inspiration. Where do your ideas come from?
- Your advice. What tips or recommendations would you pass along to other designers?
